Rucha Ghadge is a designer and illustrator based in Mumbai. She has previously worked with Conran Design Group, Bakheda Co, Aaquib Wani, Indiefolio Network, Chumbak, Canva and Accenture.
She has been involved in a variety of packaging, branding and UI/UX projects in the sectors like FMCG, Beauty & Fashion, Pharma and BFSI in past roles. From conducting research & deriving insights to identity development and activation, her inquisitive process involves a thorough investigation of all factors and eventual possibilities that aid her in guiding clients to the best path forward.
She is inspired by the impact of thoughtful, solution oriented design on communities and aims to deliver
the same.

Conran Design Group Mumbai
June 2021 - June 2023
As one of the initial team members of the Mumbai office, she spearheaded the Zydus Healthcare rebrand as well as a number of other projects. Her expertise lays in brand transformation and strategy-led packaging. Additionally, she played a crucial role in establishing work processes and in training and integrating new team members.
Accenture India
Sep 2020 - Aug 2021
As a part of the myConcerto Core Portal India team, she worked on designing micro-sites and features for the global product. Collaborating directly with stakeholders, business managers, and developers, she excelled at problem-solving and bringing everyone to a consensus.
Bakheda Co
Jan 2020 - April 2020
As a part of her grad project, she developed packaging and extension for the beverage brand Brewhouse along with creatives for various brands like Paytm, Snapchat, Northstar and more.

She was part of a mentorship programme where she joined the Delhi team mentored by Aaquib Wani in designing and producing an installation for the Arth Arts and Cultural festival.
